Leads from your website form can drop automatically into Blitz by using a Zapier integration.

1. Create a Blitz Web Form to match your Wufoo form. Any information that will be entered on the WuFoo form must be displayed as a field on the Blitz Web Form.

2. Go to Administration>Web form. You need to make sure all the web form fields in Blitz that you plan on using are check-boxed. 
3. Create a Zapier account
   • zapier.com
   • They are the “middle man” to capture information from the Wufoo form and send it to the Blitz form in the proper format
4. In Zapier: 

1. First click "MAKE NEW ZAP"
2. Then you will get to this screen:
3. Find Wufoo by typing it in the search box. Then Select Wufoo.It will then ask you to select the trigger. You will only have one choice, select "New Entry" and save.
4. You want to link you Wufoo account with Zapier. If you have not already done so, just click connect a new account. It will ask you for you Wufoo login information.
5. Now you can select the Wufoo Form you wish to use with Blitz. 
6. It will then test the form to make sure it works. 
7. Now we want to set up the webhook part.For the "Action App" you will type in "Webhook" then select "Webhooks by Zapier"
8. You will now select the "Post" action for the webhook.
9. You will need to get the URL of the Blitz webform and paste it in this section: you must add &mode=silent at the end of the url. So the full url should look similar to this: https://www.blitzleadmanager.com/login/Form.aspx?id=34577578-37b8-467d-b930-9999999&mode=silent
10. Skip down to the "Data Section." And set the mappings. The Left side is the name of the Blitz field (which are listed on this page) and the Right side is the fields in wufoo.
11. It will then Test the post. Check you Blitz account to make sure the lead entered.
12. This final step will have you save your zap and turn it on.

Here are the mappings for the Blitz fields: 

Name – Required, Text, Max Length 255 characters
Address1 – Text, Max Length 100 characters
Address2 – Text, Max Length 100 characters
Address3 – Text, Max Length 100 characters
City – Text, Max Length 100 characters
State – Valid US State or CA Province, Max Length 2 characters
ZipCode – Valid 5 or 9 digit US Zip Code or CA Zip, Max Length 10 characters
Country – Valid Country Name
Phone – Valid US or CA phone number if No Country is specified, or International number if a Country is specified, Max Length 20 characters
Ext – Numeric, Max Length 5 characters
Fax – Valid US or CA phone number if No Country is specified, or International
number if a Country is specified, Max Length 20 characters
Email – Valid Email Address, Max Length 100 characters
WebSite – Valid Website, Max Length 255 characters
Description – Text, Max Length 300 characters
ContactName – Text, Max Length 50 characters
Revenue – Text, Max Length 50 characters
ContractDate – Date (MM/DD/YYYY format preferred)
Custom1 – Text/Date/Dropdown, Max Length 255 characters
