- In Zapier, make sure the Zap is turned on, and you have tested the Zap with successful results.
- In Zapier, make sure you have confirmed your email address so that your account is live.
- In Blitz, go to Administration > Webform and click the . Make sure that the web form is enabled (the top check box), and that all fields are checked.
- Review the setup instructions to make sure you followed each step correctly.
- In Blitz, go to Administration > Auto Assign Groups. You can either user the "Round Robin" default group, or click +Add New Auto Assign Group to create a new group.
Click the people icon next to the Auto Assign Group, and select the users you would like to be part of the rotation.
- In Blitz, go to Administration > Webforms and click the . In the Auto Assign Group dropdown, select an Auto Assign Group.
