How to Configure the Blitz & NowCerts Integration

The Three Places in NowCerts That Can Send Leads to Blitz

 There are three places within NowCerts in which Leads can be sent to Blitz. Those three places are:

• Insureds
• Prospect/Leads
• Opportunities

From any of those three places, you will now have the ability to send leads into Blitz.

How to Send a Lead from Opportunities

1. To send a lead from opportunities to Blitz, select ‘actions’ and click ‘Send to Blitz’.

2. When successfully sent, the pop-up listed below will appear.

3. In addition, once ‘Send to Blitz’ has been selected, the column ‘Sent to Blitz within NowCerts should be updated to ‘Yes’.

4. Navigate back to Blitz. Locate the lead by Assigned user’s dashboard or quick searching for the contact info.

5. Click on the ‘New Leads’ and you can now see the lead(s) in which you sent to Blitz. Then, click the lead in which you wish to view.

How to send a lead from Insureds and Prospects/Leads to Blitz

1. To send a lead from Insureds or prospects to Blitz, select ‘actions’ and click ‘Send to Blitz’.

2. The pop-up below will appear. Select the type of lead from the ‘lead type’ dropdown and fill out and information as necessary.

3. Once ‘Send to Blitz’ has been selected, the column ‘Sent to Blitz within NowCerts should be updated to ‘Yes’.

4. Navigate back to Blitz. Locate the lead by Assigned user’s dashboard or quick searching for the contact info.

5. Click on the ‘New Leads’ and you can now see the lead(s) in which you sent to Blitz. Then, click the lead in which you wish to view.
