Blitz integrates with VOIP systems in three ways:
- Lead Pop - Blitz will automatically open the Lead Log for the person calling in, based on the caller ID. This will save time searching for contacts on inbound calls.
- Click to Call - Users can click any phone number in Blitz to begin an outbound phone call to that number.
- Hot Lead Calls - Set up your phone to ring automatically for the assigned user when a new web lead is added to Blitz.

Lead Pop Instructions
1. Find the Tools menu towards the top right within the Communicator app.
2. Click on Preferences
3. Click on Modules and then Call Popup
4. Enter this URL into Call answered:

5. Select "Enable for inbound calls" and/or "Enable for outbound calls"

1. Login to the Communicator desktop app
2. Navigate to the tools menu towards the top
3. Select Web Browser Addons
4. Select your preferred browser
5. Install from the webpage
6. You're all set! - All phone numbers on any webpage are now able to be dialed. There is a blue icon next to each phone number and it is underlined.
Lead Pop Instructions
- Within Fonality’s HUD system, go to File > Settings > Web Launcher.
- Under the “Inbound Calls” section, check the box next to “Auto-launch”, and copy and paste the below URL in the textbox and apply/close.

- In Blitz, go to Administration > Account Settings and locate the VOIP section. Select Fonality in the dropdown and check the “Enable Click To Call Plugin” checkbox. Click Save on the bottom right.
- In Blitz, each user will need to add their Fonality login information in “My Preferences.” You can get to "My Preferences by hovering over the User's Name on the top right of the site. They will enter the VOIP login information into “VOIP Settings” section. Administrators can edit user’s profiles in Administration > Users by clicking the person icon next to the user’s name.
- Once this is complete, all phone numbers on the lead list and lead log will be highlighted. Any highlighted phone number can be clicked, which will begin an outbound phone call to that number.
Lead Pop Instructions
- Download the Lightspeed AgentSync software here: http://www.lightspeedvoice.com/download/
- Locate the folder, and open AgentSync.msi (most likely in your “downloads” folder). This will launch an installer window.
- Click Next.
- Type your name and organization and click Next.
- Select “Complete” to use the recommended settings, or “Custom” to set your own preferences. Then click Next.
- Click Install.
- Click “Finish” when the installation is complete.
- Open the program by clicking the Windows / Start button.
- The Lightspeed AgentSync icon will display by the clock. Right-click the icon and select “Settings.”
- Input your PrismPBX extension settings in the provided text boxes. The settings are:
- Extension = Your extension number, e.g. 101
- Password = Your voicemail password, e.g. 2468
- Your PrismPBX server name. (If you do not know, please contact your PrismPBX dealer.)
- Refresh = This number defines the speed in which AgentSync communicates with the PrismPBX server and Blitz.
- Blitz Lead Manager URL (copy the below URL)

- Click OK and log into Blitz Lead Manager. All incoming calls will now pop a browser window with the lead/client’s Lead Log approximately 3 seconds after answering the call.

- In Blitz, go to Administration > Account Settings and locate the VOIP section. Select Lightspeed in the dropdown, enter your VOIP Server (Ex. ******.prismpbx.com) and check the “Enable Click To Call Plugin” checkbox. Click Save on the bottom right.
Note: All Lightspeed customers receive an email during the sign up process that includes their unique server name (it’s usually your last name.prismpbx.com). If you’re note sure, you can email Lightspeed at help@lightspeedvoice.com. - In Blitz, each user will need to add their Lightspeed login information in the “My Preferences.” You can get to "My Preferences" by hovering over the User's Name on the top right of the site. You can find the area to enter the VOIP login under the “VOIP Settings” section. Administrators can edit user’s profiles in Administration > Users by clicking the person icon next to the user’s name.
- Once this is complete, all phone numbers on the lead list and lead log will be highlighted. Any highlighted phone number can be clicked, which will begin an outbound phone call to that number.
Hot Lead Calls Instructions
Lightspeed’s Hot Lead Calls can work with any internet lead provider. This is the best way to reach new leads as soon as you receive them!
- First, make sure that each lead provider is set up with an Auto-Assign group. Click here for more info on Configuring Web lead providers and Auto Assign Groups.
Note: If you would like to leave leads unassigned, and ring a group of phones vs. the assigned user's phone, click here for advanced options. - Once Auto Assign Groups are set up, Navigate to Administration > Account Settings.
- Look for the box that says VOIP and Select Lightspeed as your provider. You will have to enter your VOIP server and check the box that says “Enable Hot Lead Calls using VOIP”
- Click Save on the bottom right of the screen
- Next, each user that needs to use hot lead dial will have to go to "My Preferences" and adjust their individual profile settings (Administrators can do this for all users by going to Administration -> Users and clicking on the “Person” Icon)
- Once you are in "My Preferences", go to the box that says VOIP Settings and enter the appropriate Extension and Voicemail password. You will also need to check the box that says “Enable Hot Lead Calls using the extension configured above”
- Make sure to fill out profile information completely on this page, as settings will not save without a completely filled in "Profile Settings" box.
- Click Save on the bottom right of the screen.

- Copy and paste the below URL within the Web Launcher plug-in:

Existing 8x8 customers should be able to login to their admin portals and type in how to questions for quick references to find out more, or they can call into support at 888-898-8733.
Lead Pop Instructions
- Open your 8x8Click2Pop application and paste the below line into the URL text box:

Click to Call Instructions
- Click to call, (sometimes called Click2Connect) is offered by 8x8 in the form of a browser addition. By installing Click2Connect, 8x8 will convert all phone numbers into links on your web browser. To set up this feature on your computer, we recommend searching in your 8x8 admin portal or calling the 8x8 support number listed above.
Lead Pop Instructions
Follow the steps below on your Ring Central web launcher to enable:
- Access the settings>phone>launch an external app or URL on incoming call (this can be found by scrolling down).
- When you enable the launcher, paste the below URL into your Ring Central web launcher:

Texting and Click to call via RingCentral Plugin
The texting and dialing functions are provided by RingCentral's Google Chrome browser plugin (contact RingCentral support for assistance installing plugin.)
When the browser plugin is installed, you will see this menu on your lead list (lead list only, not on the lead log).
Clicking the text icon will bring up the popup to send texts, and will save them in your soft phone:
The click to dial function will work with the phone icon in the Ring Central interface.
Remember, with this chrome extension, the click to call functions via the lead list and not the lead log.
Lead Pop Instructions
- In your Blue Ocean Communicator application, navigate to Tools > Preferences.
- In Preferences, click the "Call Popup" option on the left toolbar. In the "Call answered" section, enter the below URL and choose "Enable for inbound calls." Click OK to save.

- In S-net Connect, Select Tools then Preferences to locate the Lead Pop web launcher.

Note: You must use Google Chrome for this feature.
- Visit Chrome's Web Store and search the store for Google Voice.
- Click +Add To Chrome next to Google Voice in the search results.
- In the popup, click "Add extension" to finish the app download.
- You now have the option to dial out from this app by clicking the blue phone icon on the top right of the Chrome browser. Any phone numbers within the browser, including within Blitz, will convert to links that allow you to dial.
