Blitz integrates with Auto Dialers, allowing users to use both programs simultaneously.
There are a few types of Auto Dialer integrations, depending on your vendor:
- Callfire and Call Logic are fully integrated, allowing users to dial directly from their Blitz account.
- With the Sales Dialers integration, any updates made from Sales Dialers will automatically populate in Blitz.
- The GPS Mojo integration allows users to update the Blitz Lead Log directly from GPS.

Call Logic

- In Blitz, navigate to Administration > Account Settings, and click the checkbox next to “Enable Call Logic Dialer Integration.” Click Save. A button will appear that says “Link Call Logic Account(s).” Click that button.
- In the “Linked Call Logic Accounts” screen, click “+ Link New Call Logic Account.” Enter the Username and Password for your Call Logic account, and choose a name to identify this account in Blitz (commonly the name of the person using this Call Logic account). Click "Link New Call Logic Account".
- Repeat steps 2 for each Call Logic account you have in your office. Note that only one user can use a Call Logic account at a time.

Callfire
- In Blitz, navigate to Administration > Account Settings, and click the checkbox next to “Enable Callfire Dialer Integration.” Click Save. A button will appear that says “Link Callfire Account(s).” Click that button.
- In the “Linked CallFire Accounts” screen, click “+ Link New CallFire Account.” Type in your CallFire login email address and password, a name to identify the account in Blitz, and the default caller Id number to be used. Click Save.
- Repeat step 2 for each Callfire account you have.

Sales Dialers
- In Blitz, navigate to Administration > Web Lead Provider, and click on the Configure icon next to Sales Dialers. In this screen, choose the types of leads you will be loading into Sales Dialers by clicking the Enable checkbox. Click Save Settings.
- Set up Auto Assign Groups (optional). If you would like leads to be automatically assigned and added to the assigned user’s schedule as they come in, you will want to set up an Auto Assign Group. This is done in the same Configuration Options screen from step #1. Simply choose an Auto Assign Group from the dropdown box and click Save Settings.
NOTE: Auto Assign Groups can be customized within Administration > Auto Assign Groups - Send Blitz IDs to Sales Dialers. Sales Dialers needs to know to send these leads to your Blitz account. In order to do this, find your API Id, Transaction Id, and API URL within "My Preferences" or visit Administration > Web Lead Providers. Copy and paste all three Ids into an email to Sales Dialers, letting them know you need to integrate your Blitz account.

Mojo (formerly GPS)
- Import the leads you are going to be calling into Blitz by navigating to Administration > Spreadsheet. Put the leads into a new campaign.
- Export the leads out of Blitz. To do this, navigate to Leads > All Leads By Folder and select the folder that you just created. Click the export to Excel icon. The final column of the exported csv file will contain a link to the lead in Blitz.
- Import the new list into GPS. When mapping, be sure to map the URL column from the spreadsheet to the Website/Lead Pop field within GPS.

Spitfire
The Zapier and Spitfire method. A Zapier account is required for this to work.
- The customer will have to create an account on Zapier.com
- In Zapier go to “Make a Zap”
- Under “Choose a Trigger App” search for “Webhook” and select Webhook.
- Choose “Catch Hook” and select continue
- Hit Continue again.
- Copy the Zapier URL under where it says “Use This”
- Go to Spitfire and paste the URL in the Post URL Bar.
- Go back to Zapier and select “OK, I did this”
- If the wheel spins and nothing happens then check to make sure the URL was input correctly.
- Under Choose An Action App search for “Webhook” again
- Select “Post”
- Now go into Blitz and select Administration > Web Form
- Create a new webform.
- Click on the “Web Form” tab and click the hyperlink that says “View Form”
- A new tab should have appeared.
- Copy the URL at the top of the screen.
- Navigate back to the Zapier window and paste this URL in the top bar.
- You will need to add “ &mode=Silent “ to the end of this URL. Do not include the “

Option 2: The following instructions will work with ANY dialer that has a "website" or "URL" field that will display a specific link for the lead you're on the call with:
- Import the leads you are going to be calling into Blitz by navigating to Administration > Spreadsheet. Put the leads into a new campaign.
- Export the leads out of Blitz. To do this, navigate to Leads > All Leads By Folder and select the folder that you just created. Click the export to Excel icon. The final column of the exported csv file will contain a link to the lead in Blitz.
- Import the new list into your dialer. When mapping, be sure to map the URL column from the exported Blitz spreadsheet to the Website/URL field in your dialer.
- When on a call, click the link in your dialer to open the Blitz lead log in a new tab or window. This will allow you to add notes and make updates to that lead in Blitz.
