In addition to Workflow’s standard options, there are several advanced features available to further automate your sales process.
Move to Folder – Workflow can be triggered to move a contact to a different Folder. This is commonly used to automatically move “Sold” leads to a separate Folder for customers, or to hide contacts at a certain point (contacts can be moved to a private folder, limiting access to certain or all users after it’s moved).
Post Lead – Workflow can be triggered to post a lead’s details to a specified URL. This can be used to push leads from Blitz to another system directly, or by using Zapier to connect Blitz to another system. Automatically send contacts to your CRM, an email marketing system, a google sheet, and more!
Ring Group Hot Lead Dial – This action is available for accounts using Hot Lead Calls, a VOIP feature that rings a user’s phone when a new web lead is added to Blitz to connect them immediately to the lead. By default, Hot Lead Calls will ring the user’s phone that the lead was auto assigned to. If instead, you would like to lead the new lead unassigned and ring several user’s phones, you will need to use a Ring Group through your VOIP provider. After you set this up with your VOIP provider, Blitz will need the Ring Group extension to build into your Workflow process, and this will trigger the group of phones to ring when a new web lead is added to Blitz.
Auto Assign by Zip Code or State – Workflow can be triggered to auto assign leads by either zip codes or state, vs. the standard round robin style auto assignment. To set this up, first create an Auto Assign Group for each group of zip codes or States (generally this is used for different office locations). To make it simple, name the Auto Assign Group the office location name, then add the users that work at that location (do this for each location). Next, to set up Workflow, contact Blitz with the group of Zip Codes or States that correspond with each auto assign group.
