How do I set up Blitz to only show my users leads that are assigned to them?
In order to restrict users' access to leads not assigned to them, each user needs their own private folder(s).
- Go to Administration > Folders & Settings.
- Click . Type a name for the folder, and click “Save.”
- Find the folder on the folder list, and click the link in the privacy column labeled "Everyone"
- A new window will pop up. Click the button labeled "Make this folder private"
- Mark the checkboxes of each user you wish to give access to this folder.
- It is recommended to at least include the user whose leads are in the folder, and a manager/supervisor if someone should be helping to review leads. Only users with access to this folder will be able to open these leads.
- Click When finished.

- You may either create a new folder, or use an existing folder. Once you have chosen the folder to make private, follow these instructions.

How do I make my schedule Private?
- Click on the My Preferences tab.
- Within the “Schedule Settings” section, click the check box next to “Private Schedule.”
- Click “Save” on the bottom right.
