How do I assign a contact individually?
In the Lead Log, there are two options:
- In the History tab, use the "Quick Assign" dropdown
- In the History tab, use the "Assigned To User" dropdown while adding a history note, and click Save.
Why am I not receiving a notification about a contact that was reassigned to me?
Lead Log Notifications must be enabled.
- Click on the My Preferences tab in the menu.
- In the "History Notification Settings" box, click the checkbox next to "Enable Lead Log Notifications."
- In the "Notify me about" dropdown, select "Leads Assigned To Me." Leave the Status/Milestone dropdowns as "Any". Leave "Notify me of my updates" unchecked.
- Click Save. You will now receive updates about any contacts reassigned to you, as well as any history updates another user has made on one of your contacts.
